Folio Table

The Folio Table is a pure, precise shape characterized by perpendicular planes of brushed brass sheet metal. A rational sculpture that, thanks to the strength of its aesthetics, exalts the material in perfectly reflective surfaces. A scenic presence, as simple as it is bold, defines this table, made with thick brass sheets placed on parallel levels, an exclusive design choice that defines both the base and the large rectangular top. The equidistant sheets of metal punctuate the shape of Folio, giving rise to an interesting interplay of deep shadows, in contrast to the light reflected upon the horizontal plane. Folio is constructed entirely of 2 mm thick slabs coupled and spaced 40 mm apart. The striking + minimal architectural look and feel of this table make it the perfect executive office desk as well.
