SLOW SOFA

Slow is a modular sofa designed by Simone Bonanni for Carpanese Home. It features elements with rounded lines, generous seats, and rounded backrests, all supported by exposed wooden or lacquered structures. The designer’s years of research into graphic synthesis and shape refinement have resulted in components that make a distinctive yet subtle statement. The flexible arrangement options offered by Slow allow for effortless combinations, enabling configurations such as linear, island, open corner, or right-angle setups, suitable for both small and large spaces. When arranged with care, the elements create a serene visual that resembles a gentle dance, where each module aligns and integrates seamlessly, reflecting the intrinsic principles of nature. The materials used in Slow are equally versatile, featuring natural fabrics, leathers, and soft wools that can complement various leg finishes.
